Here from the town’s historic bakehouse, sourdough bread gets wood-fire baked on Fridays and a unique spirit capturing the essence of Tasmania is distilled. Evolved by separation from Gondwana, over 55 million years, this Islands ancient temperate forests are the inspiration behind the distilling of ‘EVOKE’, a distinctive Tasmanian spirit, featuring sassafras. As a home based business we are open most days for bread orders (by Tuesday), tastings and purchases of ‘Evoke’ from our cellar door.
