This was a great way to spend thirty minutes with the family. My two teens had a lot of fun. I can imagine it might be scary for under 10s as some rooms are pitch black and you have to feel your way out. A very worthwhile and different family experience
My daughter (14) was all excited about going to infinity but the lights and sounds were overwhelming. 2nd room in and she had to cover her eyes and ears. I guided her through but the next room was just as bad for her. We doubled back to get out. It took the next three hours of walking and mutism to recover. I dont advise you do this attraction with anyone with autism.
It was fun moving through the attraction, there were a lot of different sensory and tactile experiences throughout the journey, however it felt like the price was a little excessive for the amount of time it took to complete. It was also frustrating that we had to stand in a queue for longer than our actual time spent inside! Perhaps allowing people to book a definite start time would help streamline customers entry? And perhaps reduce the entry price so it is better value for money..
Mostly suitable for kids. The rooms smelt old and musty, surfaces were sticky to touch. I enjoyed my time in the maze because my friend was there but had a lingering thought the entire time that cleaning was not up to standards which made me want to leave ASAP. Considering the size of the place and various obstacles and items placed everywhere to be touched, I am certain the place doesn’t get scrubbed down properly every day. Today my friend and I have woken up with sore throats abs sniffly noses. Considering we live in an age where cleanliness is paramount, I certainly won’t put myself through that again.
The teenagers all enjoyed the different experiences but it goes too quick! Hence I felt it was overpriced - $97 for family of 5 and done in 20minutes. Souvenir photo should be free for that cost and if cannot take own pics. Some sections need some lighting and/or different sensory activities. Customer service non-existent and unhelpful.
My 11 year old child was terrified of the scary areas with the sounds, hanging and protruding objects. She’s not one to scare easily and loves an adventure. She hated the experience and I didn’t notice any obvious warnings for children in the venue or online. Won’t visit Infinity again
Very fun experience. Kids 12 and 9 yrs old, loved it. I can see it may be a bit scary for smaller kids as some parts are very dark. We had a great time and were giggling and talking about the experience for quite some time after.
I enjoyed it even though I (as an adult!) found it very difficult to navigate and a bit scary. I think teens and young adults would enjoy it, but it'd be too much for young kids. Whilst it's clearly influenced by the art of Yayoi Kusama, it's not an art installation, it's a maze, the aim is to find your way through, if you get distracted by trying to figure out how it all works, finding your way through becomes much harder! You can't take photos inside, which is sensible since you need to use both your hands for navigation.
